Is the 1962 Chevy Step Van still for sale?

I will pay the asking price, assuming everything is in working condition, then have it shipped down to me in Florida.

Desserts 4 Dogs LLC (d4d) is a company founded by two young girls, Maddie, (13) and Emma (11). With the help of their father, these girls decided to put their motto “CONFIDENT GIRLS CAN DO ANYTHING” and combine it with their love of animals, to create a business. Currently they have $4,000 saved and are in need of purchasing a nostalgic van for their business. Maddie has Asperger Syndrome, also known as Aspergers. This is a developmental disorder characterized by significant difficulties in social interaction and nonverbal communication, along with restricted and repetitive patterns of behavior and interests. In Maddie it has made learning a challenge as well as communication. She is a bright young lady with an outgoing personality but she does not pick up on normal social queues that an average person takes for granted. She has difficulty “reading” the unspoken language that we all take for granted. Things such as body language, sarcasm, something as simple as an eye roll, Maddie does not understand. If it is not blatantly obvious, Maddie simply doesn’t relate to it. Especially because of the challenges that Maddie faces, her father refuses to allow life to overtake her. He fights even harder to explain the obvious and overcome whatever obstacle may lie ahead. Rather than shying away from something such as social interactions or public speaking he embraces it and hits it head on with her; guiding her every step of the way. The one and only thing that Maddie always asked for was a dog. Dogs are very well known for being soothing to a child with Asperger Syndrome.
Emma is wise, confidant and outgoing. She is in the cambridge program at school and has a gift for public speaking. One challenge that she faced however was a love for animals which, until recently was an obstacle for her. You see, Emma was extremely allergic to anything with fur. The allergy was so severe that all Emma had to do was come into contact with the clothing of an animal owner and she would break out in hives and have an allergy attack. After years of dinner conversations, prayer and doctor visits, someone from our church family recommended a holistic doctor. Dr. Dugan discovered that Emma had low functioning adrenal glands. Emma articulated it as “Adrenal Fatigoo” (adrenal fatigue). Dr. Dugan gave her a supplement and within weeks, we were able to start our search for a family pet. What an amazing blessing to us as we were all anxious to have a furry family member.
This is where Maxx comes in! Maxx is the rescue dog that we acquired in March 2016. We found him on line from a company named, “Cat Tails and More”. This is a company that rescues animals from abusive situations. Maxx had been rescued from a puppy mill where he was repeatedly abused as a breeder. Maxx is a pure bred golden miniature poodle who has knee issues due to being in a cage for 4 solid years, eye sight issues due to malnutrition, and because of his abusive past and his neglect, all of his teeth, except 2, have been removed. However, he has a loving personality and is loyal and sweet. Maxx has been integrated into our family fully and is well known by everyone we come into contact with. Most recently he was known as the team mascot for the YMCA soccer team.
We are a family who puts our strong Christian faith at the forefront of our lives. We are trying to raise daughters who put Jesus first and are thankful for the many blessings that they have. It is with this in mind that we have encouraged and walked alongside them to open a business so that they may also give back to their community. From time to time Desserts for Dogs (d4d), will take some of their proceeds and donate them to worthy causes such as animal shelters like Cat Tails & More and Autism Speaks. Would you be willing to accept an offer of $3800; we’ll have to either have the vehicle shipped to us to fly up and drive it back.
    Matt – (Dad)

    Good day!
